Akassa Lighthouse
Akassa Lighthouse is a historic lighthouse located in Akassa, [Bayelsa State], Nigeria. It was established in 1910 and remains one of the oldest navigational structures in the region.
Standing at approximately 60 metres tall, the lighthouse offers a wide panoramic view that stretches across the Atlantic Ocean, serving as a vital point for maritime navigation along Nigeria’s southern coastline.
